Elementary Curriculum

George County School's Elementary Curriculum Department services all students in Kindergarten through 6th grade in all six elementary schools within our district.  We are here to assist and support principals, teachers, support personnel, students, and parents within George County.  We believe that all children can and will achieve with effective instruction.  Contact us for questions or support concerning a particular student or school.  We look forward to working together with you for a successful year.

    lementary Math Curriculum GO Math! K–8 offers an engaging and interactive approach to covering new state standards. Its seamless digital path and Write-in Student Edition ensure that students can access content at appropriate levels of depth and rigor.
Secondary Curriculum

The purpose of our department is to enhance the academic achievement of all students in grades seven through twelve by providing support services to administrators, teachers, support staff, parents, and students.  We believe that all students can experience success with effective instruction in student-centered classrooms.  We rely on our teachers to utilize research-based instructional strategies and educational best practices to enhance student motivation and performance.  Please contact us if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions as we prepare our students to be successful in our secondary schools and their post secondary endeavors.
