ALL Elementary Schools - AES, BES, CES, LCHES, LTTIS, RCES:
June 25, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pre-K, Kindergarten, Returning, and new students.

George County Middle School
12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM
July 22 - Returning 7th Grade students
July 23 - Returning 8th Grade students
July 24 - New students

George County High School
July 22 - Returning 9th and 12th grade students 12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM
July 23 - Returning 10th and 11th grade students 12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM
July 24 - New students 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon

Online Registration for returning students will be open June 3-7 through ActiveParent accounts.  Parents participating in online registration will be required to submit new proofs of residence during on-campus registration dates.


New Student Required Registration Documentation:

1.  Birth Certificate (Proof of Age Documentation) - How to obtain a MS Birth Certificate
2.  Social Security Card - How to obtain a Social Security Card
3.  2 Proofs of Residence (Please see guidelines below)
4.  Immunization Compliance - How to obtain a MS Immunization Compliance Form 121 (Other Mississippi Immunization Information) https://msdh.ms.gov/msdhsite
5.  Any withdrawal paperwork from previous school if applicable

Proofs of Residency Guidelines


The address on the Proofs of Residence must match each other and must match the address on the Registration Form. 


The following can be used as Proofs of Residence:

 

  • Mortgage Documents or property deed
  • Filed Homestead Exemption form
  • Automobile Registration (Tag Receipt/expiration date must fall within registration month or within 24-25 academic year)
  • Apartment or Home Lease/Rental Agreement (Signature Dates/Lease begin/end date must fall within 24-25 academic session)
  • Driver’s License (Must not be expired/expiration date must fall within or beyond 24-25 academic session and must match the other proofs)
  • Voter Precinct Identification (ONLY if address is present on the card)
  • Utility Bill: Service dates (not due date) must be visible on proof and must be for the CURRENT month of registration or fall within the 24-25 academic session.  For example: Electric, Garbage, Cable/Internet, Gas, Water, Phone (landline only).  NO Cell Phone Bills.

NOTHING ELSE IS ACCEPTED. We cannot take check stubs, bank statements, or checks.


If Affidavit of Residency is submitted, then the Proofs provided by the third party must follow the above guidelines.


2023-2024 Affidavit of Residence Form

If an affidavit of residence is submitted, the submitted proofs of residence must match the address on affidavit.


ALL incoming Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 7th Grade students will require immunizations.  

7th Graders are required by law to have the TDAP Immunization before entering the 7th grade.

Parents, do you need your child’s immunization record for school? We’re making it easy for you! Simply fill out this Patient Authorization Form, then Mail or Fax it to us.  We will then send it to the school for you.

Student Schedules will be available via Active Parent accounts prior to the start of school in August.
