2025-2026 Registration Dates and Information –

Online registration will open from June 2 – 19 for all RETURNING K-12 students.  Parents will be REQUIRED to upload 2 current proofs of residence as part of the online registration process.  Parents who complete online registration and upload compliant proofs will not be required to attend campus registrations.  Guidelines for acceptable proofs, additional registration requirement information, and third-party affidavit of residency forms can be found at https://www.gcsd.us/student-registration-information.


ALL 7th-grade students will also be REQUIRED to upload a new immunization compliance document as part of the online registration process.


You must have an ActiveParent account to participate in online registration.  To create an ActiveParent account and request access to your student(s), go to https://www.gcsd.us/student-registration-information.


On-Campus Registration Dates – This will include all NEW incoming Pre-K, Kindergarten, and new to-the-district students.  This will also include any parents who did not complete Online Registration during the window.

Proofs of Residency Guidelines


The address on the Proofs of Residence must match each other and must match the address on the Registration Form. 


The following can be used as Proofs of Residence:

 

·       Mortgage Documents or property deed

·       Filed Homestead Exemption form

·       Automobile Registration (Tag Receipt/expiration date must fall within registration month or within 25-26 academic year)

·       Apartment or Home Lease/Rental Agreement (Signature Dates/Lease begin/end date must fall within 25-26 academic session and must be included in the document)

·       Driver’s License (Must not be expired/expiration date must fall within or beyond 25-26 academic session and must match the other proofs)

·       Voter Precinct Identification (ONLY if address is present on the card)

·       Utility Bill: Service dates (not due date) must be visible on proof and must be within 45 days of month of registration or fall within the 25-26 academic session. 

For example: Electric, Garbage, Cable/Internet, Gas, Water, Phone (landline only).

NO Cell Phone Bills.

 

We cannot take check stubs, bank statements, or checks.

 

If Affidavit of Residency is submitted, then the Proofs provided by the third party must follow the above guidelines.

If an affidavit of residence is submitted, the submitted proofs of residence must match the address on affidavit.
